BatchWatermark provides a SaaS platform as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

2.1 AI Technology Disclosure

Our watermark removal service is powered by DeepSeek AI technology. DeepSeek is an industry-leading AI model provider. Our service builds on their AI models to deliver image processing capabilities including watermark detection and removal. The performance and availability of our service may be affected by the operational status of DeepSeek AI. Significant disruptions will be communicated to users promptly.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with the operation of the service

4. Payment Terms

Purchases of AI credit packs are one-time payments. You buy a pack of credits that remain valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake (our payment processor), with Creem serving as the Merchant of Record for transaction settlement. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Pay the full price for your chosen credit pack
  • Use purchased credits within 30 days of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as described in our refund policy

5. Credit Packs and Usage

AI credit packs provide a set number of image processing uses. Unused credits expire after 30 days from purchase. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge — each purchase is a one-time transaction. You may purchase additional credit packs at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

BatchWatermark is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email.
